Trent Randle’s journey in the automotive industry spans two decades. Starting his career as a mechanic at a Ford dealership, he subsequently transitioned into the engineering field of automotive manufacturing. Trent has held various engineering positions, including Assembly Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer, and Engineering Manager among Tier 1 automotive suppliers including Plastic Omnium, Magna Seating, and BorgWarner. Currently, Trent leads the Manufacturing Engineering Team responsible for Transfer Case - Assembly at BorgWarner in Seneca, SC. His wealth of experience and leadership contribute significantly to the automotive industry.
